Chocolate or Vanilla?

Chocolate or Vanilla?
This remains one of those questions that will resonate throughout the ages. This reminds me of chocolate or vanilla? They're both classics and delicious. This concept can apply to the question of which one works better: traditional or online school? I have been on both sides of this question and I do not think one works better than the other. The majority of my classes have taken place in a traditional classroom. However, I have also taken a couple of online classes and I did enjoy them. It was a relief to just open up my laptop and go to class in pajamas. I did not have to get up earlier to get ready. I did not have to get gas or worry about parking. However, it was impersonal. I feel that I could not get the help from my instructors because they were not physically there. When I take traditional classes, I learn more effectively and get help. I think this debate depends on a student's life. For me, traditional school works better because I do not have many responsibilities at home. However, I have a friend who had her daughter when she was seventeen. She takes classes online because they fit with her life. I think of how everyone will not have the same opinion on this question, or the chocolate or vanilla question. Which proves more effective for students: traditional schooling or online schooling? I do not think that either one works better than the other. This answer remains up to the student and how they learn to the best of their abilities, so they can be the best of their abilities. After all, who could choose when it comes to chocolate or vanilla?

I'm Back!

Wow! I can't believe that it been so long since I've posted. I've just been so busy that it's crazy! Every time that I turn around, I'm writing a paper or having a test! I miss being able to write on here! Of course, I have to do it, so I might as well just get used to it! After all, if you want something, you have to work for it! I really believe that if you want something then you should do everything that you can to achieve it and never give up on your dreams. I want to do something that's my passion, so that's why I'm not gonna let anything stand in my way. I want to work in mass communications because I know that's what I'll be happy doing. Let me know what you're happy doing! I sure would love to hear from you!:)

So, I have some exciting updates! I got a job! I'm so thrilled! It's at a sports store called Dick's Sporting Goods! The lady said that she hired me because I'm so outgoing and friendly! They're also going to start me out at even more than my old job payed me! Training starts on August 31st! The Lord has truly provided for me! Well, what else? I got a C in my math class, but I'm just so happy that I passed! Okay, what else? I've been pretty occupied, lately. My mom and I've been sewing. We've made me two shirts so far. I'm trying to learn, too, but it's a process. I don't know if my brain can store all of this information at the same time. It's just like an overload! Ha! Ha! Anyways if you wanna see the place that I got my job at, the website is: www.dickssportinggoods.com Let's see here. I'm not sure what else to say, just that I'm going to start writing about some more serious and personal topics. I hope that all of my readers will enjoy them just like they've enjoyed these and leave me a comment because I'd love to hear your thoughts! I'll talk to ya'll, later!

Now, I'm not too busy anymore to write!

I'm sorry that I haven't wrote in a while. I've just been so busy with my math class. I feel like it's all I've been doing, lately. It probably is! Math isn't my strongest subject! Ha! Ha! Obviously, I'm an English person. I guess this blog that I'm writing is an accurate example and English is my major right now in college. I'm sticking with what I'm strong in and what I like studying in school. I gotta take it, though, so that's why I'm trying the best that can to pass it, so that once I take it, that's it. I took my final exam in it, today, and I think that I did  very well on it. Classes start back on August 23rd, so I have a little break, which is pleasant. It'll just be more time that I'll use to look for a job. Let me know if any of you readers know any places in the Newnan/Peachtree City, GA area that's hiring. I'll sure appreciate any info! I'm still waiting to hear about jobs from three or four places, so I'm really hoping that they'll let me know something soon! Not to much else to say from me. I'm hoping to start writing more often, so I hope that all of you will stay tuned for my up and coming entries! I don't wanna ruin the surprise. I'm just gonna say that they'll be very interesting! I guess that's it for now, but I hope that you'll leave me a comment and let me know what you think! I'll talk to all of you, later! Bye for now! -Brittany<3

I'm so unorganized! Ha! Ha!=D

Hello, everyone! I'm really hoping to getting around to posting some pictures, soon! It's just that I'm waiting on a new charger and USB port to get here because I lost my last ones! I'm so unorganized, so I'm always losing all kinds of stuff! I try not to, but I end up doing it, anyway! So, after I get my charger, which I hope is as soon as possible, I'm going to go picture crazy! This blog is going to be covered in pictures, which I think'll make it even better! I really can't wait to start using my camera, again, because I love it! I really like talking pictures, too, because I think that it's another opportunity to be creative! So, any chance to be creative, I' m all for it! Ha! Ha!;) Also, a little update on my job search; I went yesterday with a friend and I think that it went very well. I'm feeling encouraged, so I always appreciate the prayers for one for me and my friends! What are ya'll's thoughts on this post? Are ya'll unorganized? Do you love to take pictures, too? Do you need prayer or is that anything else that you would like to say? Just let me know in a comment or message! I would love to hear from ya'll!:)

What I've been up to!

Hey everyone! What's up? Sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. I just couldn't seem to come up with anything, lately. Maybe, I've just been busier than I thought! Ha! Ha! I've been going to interviews and hoping that something will happen. I've got to go see about another one this Friday, so please keep me in your prayers. What else? I've been hanging out with my brother whenever I can. They just about work him to death at his job, but it's just because he's a hard worker, so whenever he's off I spend time with him. We've been going places, together, and hanging out. Of course, I like riding in his car, too. It's very luxurious; it's a Mustang! Ha! Ha! It's just him and me. We're very close! I guess this post kind of turned into one about family, but I think that's fantastic because family is so important! I love mine so much! They mean everything to me! I hope to get pictures up, soon! Tell me about your family in the comments! I'd love to hear what you have to say! Bye for now!:)

Happy Memorial Day!

Hello, everyone! So...today is Memorial Day and I hope that we all take time to remember the soldiers that have died for our freedom. I thank God for these men and women. It takes so much courage and strength to put your life on the line for a whole nation of people, but they do it, anyway. They put all of us before themselves and what they want. I, also, wanted to say that we should remember their families, too, because they make a great sacrifice, as well. We should always remember those that are still fighting for us, still and continue to do so. These people are, truly, the heroes. Sometimes, we take our freedom for granted and forget that freedom is not free. There is a great price to be paid and the soldiers that we remember, today, paid that price for us. I think the least we can do is try our best to never forget that. So, I just want to say thank you to all of these heroes! Leave a comment and share your thank yous with  me! I would love to hear them! Happy Memorial Day!:)
